for the established founder at capacity 💗

You have become the system.

One date on the calendar, and the business runs without you standing in the middle of it.

Everything in your business works, and it works because you are personally there to make it work. Every payment, every handoff, every new person who wants in. You checked Stripe from the bleachers at your kid's game and you re-sent an access link that should have sent itself.

I build the engine underneath the business you already have. The lead flow, the payments, the delivery, and the pages, so the money can move without you personally moving it.

At 5pm it is live and taking payment. 💰

Kara Williams, systems architect building course and membership infrastructure for established founders
which one is you? →

Two kinds of founders end up on this page.
Both are running on a foundation that ran out.

The course or membership you have been describing for two years

There is a document on your desktop with FINAL in the name and a version number after it. You opened it in March, read the first two module titles, and closed it again. Friday was supposed to be the build day. It has not been the build day since spring.

You have thousands of people on a list and no way for a single one of them to pay you. A client asked what else you have and you said you were working on something. Someone with half your experience launched the exact thing you have been describing out loud, and yours has still never been for sale, so you still do not know whether anyone would have bought it.

The business already live and running entirely through you

It sells. People pay you. From the outside it looks completely handled. From the inside you answered a "how do I get in" message manually at 10:40 on a Sunday night.

Five tools that sort of talk to each other, an automation you built once and have never trusted enough to stop checking, and a checkout you are fairly sure is configured right. You already know what a week of the flu costs, because it happened.

Same diagnosis in both cases. The strategy is sound and the foundation underneath it was never built. I build the foundation, and I stay until it runs without you.

the pattern nobody names →

The Cost of the Bottleneck.

You are running a mature, referral-driven business on a backend you assembled yourself one weekend and have not touched since.

The expertise is world class. The reputation arrives before you do. The revenue is real. Underneath all of it sits a stack of manual steps that only work because you are personally there to perform them.

A referral looked you up before she called. You know exactly what she found, because you have been meaning to fix it since last year.

Nothing forces this to the top of your list either. Every other thing you are carrying has a client attached, a deadline attached, or a consequence attached. This one has none of those, which is the only reason it has survived this long.

You sat down to handle it yourself once. Twenty minutes in you hit something you did not know, opened a tab to go find the answer, and the hour was gone. That tab is still open.

If your growth is currently capped by your own manual effort, the ceiling is in your infrastructure. Every quarter it stays there, you pay for it in leads that had nowhere to go and revenue that required your calendar to exist.

The engine underneath your strategy has never been built. That is the entire gap. 💰

here is the mechanism →

The Authority Infrastructure.

No months of discovery. No fourteen page strategy document with a longer to-do list attached. We build your engine in a single day, with you on the call approving every piece as it goes in.

Four components. On the mapping call I look at what you are launching and tell you which scope it takes.

Lead Flow

Someone finds you at 11pm, gives you her email, and has exactly the right thing in her inbox before you wake up. Capture, tagging, nurture, and the handoff into the thing you sell.

Frictionless Payments

The buy click to money in your account, with you asleep for the entire sequence. Checkout, order bumps, processor connected and tested, receipts firing, nothing waiting on you.

Scalable Delivery

She pays at 11:04 and she is inside at 11:05. You find out about it in the morning. Your course, membership, or paid calendar built, loaded, and enrolling on its own.

Authority Presence

The pages look like they belong to a fourteen year business instead of one that started last spring. Because the referral looks you up before she picks up the phone.

here's the actual sequence →

Three steps. You make one decision.

You have never built one of these before, so guessing whether yours takes half a day or two full days is not your job. I look at what you are creating and I tell you, before you commit to anything.

step one

Map your build

$297 for 90 minutes. We go through what you are launching, how it gets sold, and what has to exist for it to take money. You leave with your punch list and your scope.

The $297 applies in full toward your build day when you reserve a date within 14 days.

step two

Pick your date

On that same call I tell you which build day your project takes, what it costs, and what is true at 5pm. You reserve the date with a 50 percent deposit while we are still on the call.

Your punch list and the balance are due seven days before your build date.

step three

Show up and build

You are on the call the entire day. I build, you approve each piece as it goes in, and every question you hit gets answered on the spot instead of next week.

At 5pm it is live, connected, tested, and ready for you to send.

Build days run $2,797 to $9,997 depending on what you are launching, and I take four of them a month. You get your number on the mapping call, before anything is committed.

the part most people won't say →

Built for Performance.

I build on GoHighLevel*. Every client, every project, no exceptions.

Most people in this space will build inside whatever you already have. Kajabi over here, Wordpress over there, an email tool that talks to a checkout page through a connector somebody set up once. It sounds accommodating. It is also the reason so many of these builds quietly fail eighteen months later, because the seams between those platforms become your problem the moment the person who built it moves on.

Your funnel, your email, your CRM, your course, your payments, and your automations live in one system, under one hundred dollars a month, inside accounts you own outright. One login. One source of truth. You never share a password with me.

No tech debt. No manual chaos. Nothing you rebuild somewhere else in eighteen months.

If you want someone to work inside a stack you have already assembled, I am not your person. That is the whole reason this holds up.

I learned this one the expensive way →

When I started, I ran my own business across four platforms with four logins, none of them fully talking to each other. I launched a product with an order bump, and anyone who declined the bump got charged twice for the original product.

I found out after it had already happened. I refunded every customer affected, reached out to each of them personally, and added a gift to their boxes to make it right.

That was the day I stopped patching my own backend together and rebuilt it inside one system. The business simplified overnight, and I still save over three hundred dollars a month I used to hand to four companies to almost work together.

* Two ways in. Social Connector is the version I run my own business on and the one my clients build inside. GoHighLevel is the same engine in its standard form. Both are partner links and I earn a commission if you sign up. I build here either way.

why the architect →

I do not guess at your systems.
I have already built them at scale.

I coached 12 to 16 calls a day for 11 months. 97% of my students had the strategy down cold. Every single one had been left completely alone the moment it was time to actually build.

I have seen every tech failure and every scaling bottleneck this industry produces, several hundred times, at close range. That is not a credential I put on a page. It is the reason I can look at your business and tell you where the leak is before you finish describing it.

11 months 12 to 16 calls a day, 97% with the strategy handled

What it sounds like when it actually gets done.

I didn't hire you to be nice to me. I hired you cause you are an expert.

Summer. She came to me to get her program built. Having a real system behind her business also changed what she charged everywhere else. In her words: "Having a system helped me to be so crystal clear, even just at my job."

The thing that really sets Kara apart is how quickly she can take you from idea to implementation.

Sheila. She had spent over a year taking courses, signing up for webinars, and trying to piece it together on her own. Her words after we built it: "I just launched my first digital course, and I'm here to tell you, it would not have happened without Kara Williams."

Having her hands-on approach to building in my platform was what I needed. Others were simply offering video directions, and that wasn't cutting it for me.

Diana. She did not want to start on an inexpensive platform and rebuild it somewhere else once she started to scale. On what happened instead: "How much we could accomplish in a short period of time."

Kara Williams building a client's system
hi, I'm Kara 💗

A Systems Architect for established founders.

I spent fifteen years in the trenches of online business learning exactly where the energy leaks happen, and how to build the engines that fix them.

I do not hand you steps and disappear. I stay until it runs.

P.S. I am one of those people who is neither left nor right brained. I have owned a paint studio and a tech business. Living in both worlds is the reason strategy and tech happen in the same conversation here, on the same day, instead of across two vendors and four months. 💗
and now for the honest truth 💗

You already know what this is costing you.

Every dollar passes through your calendar.

Your expertise is the part that works. The machinery around it is the part that requires you to personally perform every step between someone wanting to buy and someone actually buying. That gets built once, in a day, with you in the room while it happens.

For founders ready to own an asset instead of operating one.
