Full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin work on your website or funnel project. This payment secures your spot in our project schedule and covers all planning, development, and delivery costs.
Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place because of the significant time and resources invested in each project from the start.
Project timelines are provided at the start of the project and may vary based on the complexity and scope of work. We will work diligently to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Our packages include 2 minor revision rounds that include text changes, font changes, or image swaps. Template changes are not included. Additional revisions or changes outside the initial scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Timely feedback, content, and assets are required from the client to ensure that the project stays on schedule. Delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may result in adjusted timelines.
In the event of project cancellation by the client, any payments made are non-refundable, and the client will be responsible for any work completed beyond the initial deposit.
Upon full payment, all rights to the completed project will be transferred to the client. Until payment is made in full, Help Me Kara retains ownership of all work produced.
All client information and project details are kept confidential. We will not share your information with any third parties without your explicit consent.
