Custom client projects and ongoing retainers are governed by a separately accepted proposal, scope of work, and/or Master Services Agreement. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these website terms on matters related to that project, the project-specific agreement controls.

Custom service fees are generally nonrefundable after work has commenced, subject to applicable law and the governing agreement. Work may include discovery, planning, technical architecture, asset review, and reserved implementation capacity.

Cancellation or refund requests for custom projects are reviewed individually based on work performed, expenses incurred, reserved capacity, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Digital product and subscription terms will be disclosed with the specific offer. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Project Expectations

For custom work, deliverables, client responsibilities, turnaround times, revision allowances, approvals, and support obligations are defined in the accepted scope or service agreement. Project turnaround periods generally begin only after required materials are complete and approved and the project has been scheduled. Website visitors should not rely on a general website description as a promise of a particular delivery date or feature.

7. Intellectual Property
