This is where you're going to talk about yourself ONLY with what matters to them as a customer. What credentials, experiences, etc. do you have that make them trust & like you enough to want to invest in your product? What quirks or characteristics do you have that make them identify with you?
Unless your bio is SUPER short (i.e. a sentence or two long), make sure to remember to use formatting. Formatting makes reading things much easier,
and thus, they're going to be more likely to read it! No need to get carried away with formatting, but bold and/or italicize words or statements when appropriate.
And, make sure to use very regular sentence breaks/spaces between statements. Don't use more than 3-4 lines of text without a break.
Then, wrap it up with cheering them on in solving their problems with your product!
